Most visitors never get further than the Bay of Kotor. This private full-day 4x4 takes you up the Morača Canyon to Liješnje, a mountain village at 1,100 m where life still moves at the pace of generations ago. No buses, no crowds - just your group, a local guide and a table set in a stone house built by hand in 1979.
You ride in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4x4 SUV with USB charging - about 50 km and 65-85 minutes from Podgorica through the Morača Canyon. In the village you meet the locals and their animals, drive a tractor through the fields, pick vegetables from the garden and sit down to a farm-to-table lunch: homemade cheese, prosciutto, fresh bread and rakija.
The menu follows the harvest, so no two seasons taste alike: fresh plums from late August to September, apples from September to October. Come at the right time and you eat what was on the branch that morning.
