Terms & conditions

An inquiry is not a booking. A tour is confirmed once we have replied with availability and you have confirmed the date, group size and pickup details.

Prices are per private vehicle unless stated otherwise. While the Early Bird offer runs, 20% is deducted from the price of every tour. The offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time and does not apply to confirmed bookings retroactively.

Payment details and any deposit are agreed with you personally when the tour is confirmed.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged.

Safety comes first. If weather or road conditions make a route unsafe we adjust the route or agree another date with you.

Free 4K drone footage is included with every tour, weather and local flight rules permitting. Delivery is by private download link.

Guests are expected to follow the guide’s instructions. Montenegro Experience is not liable for loss or damage caused by a guest ignoring safety instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
